Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full administrative support to our conveyancing solicitors.
* Drafting and preparing legal documents, letters, and contracts related to residential and commercial property transactions.
* Managing client communications and responding promptly to queries.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in property transactions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a conveyancing secretary or in a similar legal support role.
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
