Our Logistics Administrator's are responsible for arranging and confirming the Home Assembly Driver's orders in a timely manner, whilst ensuring the customers are happy with the arranged date and time of their deliveries. This is achieved by providing excellent customer service and following CareCo's Standard Operation Procedures.

This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Friday schedule, based out of CareCo's Braintree site.

What are my responsibilities?

* Ensuring that all orders that are put through on the system are allocated so that they will be completed within 7-14 working days.
* Ensuring that orders are allocated to the correct driver/engineer according to the postcodes and the customers have their first point of contact within a 24-hour period.
* Maintaining the email inbox and the telephone throughout the day and providing information to other departments if needed.
* Ensuring that routes are completed in the most efficient way, considering what needs to be delivered/collected throughout the day.
* To upload/scan all related paperwork onto OrderWise, and all information is uploaded onto OrderWise for other departments to see and understand.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the office area and that if you require anything to improve your working conditions, this is requested to your line manager.
* Participating in effective communication to ensure colleagues are kept up to date with any issues that may arise on the road, so we can learn from the experience and make the customers' personal experience the best it can be.

What qualifications & skills are required of me?

* GCSE Level 4/C or above in English & Mathematics.
* 2+ years within an administration based, or similar, role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, competent on the telephone and face-to-face.
