Background
The School of Health and Medical Sciences, based at the Tooting campus are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our busy Student Services team. The post holder will play a key frontline role providing generalist advice to students. They will also closely assist our specialist advisor team in a wide range of areas including disability, housing, student finance and induction.

Key attributes of the successful applicant include: · Passion for delivering exceptional customer service · High level of prioritisation and ability to deal with multiple issues effectively · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Personal initiative to solve problems · Attention to detail and ability to analyse data · Enthusiasm and willingness to develop new skills · Be comfortable using a variety of electronic systems (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SITS student records etc)
