Head of Operations Location: Havant (Hybrid Working Available) Contract Type: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and evolve operational delivery across a complex, fast paced business within the defence sector. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this pivotal role will be responsible for the performance and leadership of four key departments - Production, Supply Chain, Design Engineering, and Project & Systems Engineering. You will overseeing a total team of approximately 130 including four direct reports. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will shape and implement delivery strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
