This is a full-time, permanent role, with hybrid working available after six months (subject to agreement with the Chief Accountant).
About the Role
This varied and hands-on position is perfect for someone early in their finance career who wants to build a strong foundation in a highly respected setting. You ll work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and reconciliations, gaining broad experience in a close-knit team.

You ll Be Responsible For:
* Managing the accounts payable ledger and preparing payment runs
* Handling supplier queries and monthly reconciliations
* Supporting income processing across departments (retail, events, accommodation)
* Performing banking duties and assisting with audit and compliance tasks
* Collaborating with a small, experienced finance team to drive efficiency and accuracy
Who We re Looking For:
Essential:
* Highly numerate with great attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with a team-focused mindset
* Proactive and able to meet deadlines
* Competent with Microsoft Excel and able to learn new systems
Desirable:
* AAT part-qualified or QBE
* Experience with Exchequer or similar finance systems
* Previous cash handling or charity sector experience
