The Role Working within a specialist school environment, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with needs such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH. Work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Create a nurturing environment that encourages students to build confidence and life skills. Use positive strategies to help pupils manage their emotions and engagement. Requirements for Application To be successful, you must meet the following mandatory criteria: You must have previous experience working or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults.
