TEKsystems Global Services are seeking an AV & Events Technician for their Tier 1 banking client to support high-profile internal events and executive meetings. This role sits within a dedicated team responsible for delivering seamless AV experiences for senior leadership, including the CEO and Chairman. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution of major events such as the AGM, results presentations, and town halls.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage AV equipment for live and hybrid events, including cameras, microphones, vision mixers, and sound desks. (Candidates do not need experience in all, but a strong foundation in several is crucial).
Provide technical support for executive meetings and large-scale events both onsite and occasionally offsite (e.g., hotels in London).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute event logistics.
Set up and manage Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
Maintain and update event schedules and documentation.
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks related to event coordination.
Required Skillset:
Experience: Hands-on experience running live events, not just meeting room setups. Familiarity with BlackMagic equipment is a plus.
Technical Skills: Comfortable with AV systems, Zoom, and event production tools.
