Join easyJet as a Senior Product Owner for Revenue Management and play a fundamental role in driving revenue growth through innovative technology and data solutions. Working at the heart of our Trading and Revenue Management function, you'll collaborate closely with Data Science, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver impactful products across the full lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you'll partner cross-functionally in an agile environment, shaping and prioritising a dynamic backlog of initiatives that respond to industry and market pressures.

What You'll Be Doing
>
Own Revenue Management initiatives and lead product squads to deliver impactful solutions.
>
Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for Revenue Management data science and technology.
>
Organise and facilitate product discovery and refinement sessions with cross-functional teams.
>
Act as the key link between Technology, Data, and the business, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
>
Identify and ensure prioritisation of opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
>
Manage and ensure prioritisation of the product backlog in line with business objectives.
>
Ensure benefits realisation and effective management of workstream dependencies.
>
Champion Revenue Management products and initiatives across the business.
>
Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure products meet business needs.
>
Proactively solve problems, remove delivery blockages, and make trade-offs to maximise business value.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
