Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Purpose
You will be responsible for ensuring that all preventative and reactive maintenance and engineering works carried out are conducted in a safe and efficient manner in line with recognised codes and practices and adhere to our engineering standards.
Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out electrical maintenance covering repairs on single and 3 phases electrical systems, 24V control systems and instrumentation.
2. Carry out mechanical maintenance, covering repairs on various types of pumps, agitators, presses, valves & pipe work systems.
3. Undertake routine inspections & complete repairs rectifying issues before they become a break down.
4. Ensure the sites compliance with statutory requirements.
5. Suggest ongoing improvements to help the business continue to perform for customers.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Level 3 Qualification Multi skilled Engineering (Electro/Mechanical) – Essential
2. Minimum of 3-5 years engineering industrial experience.
3. Basic Knowledge of Process Safety Management.
4. Working Knowledge/Experience with Buhler/Cox machinery (Desirable)
5. COMPEX Qualified CompEx Gas (Electrical) Ex01 - Ex04
6. 18TH Edition Electrical Qualification
7. Counterbalance/FLT (Desirable)
8. PASMA – (Desirable)
9. MEWP License (Desirable)
