Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations in our small family run business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
* Develop and implement menus in collaboration with culinary staff, focusing on creativity and seasonal offerings.
* Handle customer inquiries
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including kitchen areas and dining spaces.
Requirements
* Proven experience in restaurants or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire staff.
* Previous experience in supervising roles within a restaurant or hotel setting is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with barista duties is an advantage but not essential.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes.
* A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
