The Role
As a Senior Insurance Account Handler, you'll support clients across the UK, helping them secure the right insurance cover for their businesses. This is a fast-paced and varied role that includes:
* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Underwriting risks within delegated authority
* Managing the full insurance cycle: new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
* Delivering exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
* Helping clients navigate the ever-changing insurance landscape
Requirements
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at A-C / 4-9
* At least 5 years' cross class experience in commercial insurance
* Excellent communication skills
* Sharp attention to detail
* A passion for customer service
* Willingness to learn and grow
