* Keeping the business informed of up-to-date account, channel and competitor developments.
Profile
* You will already be working within or have experience of a professional construction and/or industrial sales environment.
* You will ideally have gained experience selling to significant distributors and end-users.
* Account management experience would be preferred.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills, both verbally and written.
* Structured CV with evidence of career progression.
* A proven track record of working autonomously, whilst making a strong contribution to a team.
* A focus on developing new business
* Educated to a high standard: Preferably to Degree level, ideally in a business, economics, mathematics, engineering or a science related subject.
* Strong numerical ability and commercial acumen.
* Market research and product development experience preferred.
* Hands on and enthusiastic approach to presenting and demonstrating products to customers.
* Excellent level of IT proficiency usingMicrosoft Office, Dynamics CRM.
* Drive, initiative, motivation, over-achiever in career results to date.
Full UK driving license required as a suitable company vehicle will be provided.
