This Field Service Engineer role within our Material Handling Business Unit covers Brentwood, Harlow, Tilbury and surrounding areas, north of the river and outside the M25 east, offering a hands-on opportunity to service and repair forklift trucks across customer sites. Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing forklift trucks at customer and company locations Completing detailed service reports including work carried out, parts used, and time taken Inspecting equipment and providing clear feedback on condition and required repairs Building strong relationships with customers while representing the business professionally Working independently while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency About YouYou will come from a forklift, plant, or automotive background and be confident working autonomously in a field-based role. This position suits someone practical, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
