We're on a mission to transform how the security industry operates — and we’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to help us scale.
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across your region, building trusted relationships with security companies, and helping them unlock operational efficiency through the Guardhouse platform.
This is a consultative sales role — you’ll be engaging with owners, directors, and operations managers within manned guarding companies, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating the value of our technology.
We’ve got regular team socials, internal challenges, and big plans for working holidays abroad as our global team continues to grow.
Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — within your assigned region
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in security companies (SMEs to enterprise)
Deliver compelling product demonstrations (in-person and virtual)
Collaborate with the wider sales & marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records
Represent Guardhouse at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (e.g. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Direct sales experience
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Understanding of workforce management challenges (e.g. scheduling, compliance, payroll)
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
