The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and take charge of all food and beverage operations at our hotel. With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for managing the main restaurant, bar, and room service.
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, managing the F&B budget with accurate forecasting, and overseeing the management of labor payroll.
You will be a natural leader with a talent for providing direction to a team of passionate and dedicated food and beverage experts. You will take ownership of their ongoing development, nurturing their skills and abilities to create a high-performing team.

Ideal Candidate
You will have a passion for food and beverage, which goes without saying! They should have proven experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry and an authentic and enthusiastic approach. They should possess the ability to foster a positive culture within the team and have strong operational knowledge, commercial awareness, and experience in driving additional sales.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to drive and motivate teams through periods of change and have the ability to recognize and develop future stars. They should also possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills, as well as strong organization and planning skills. Experience in budget management is essential.
