Commercial Director

What you’ll be doing
* Driving commercial performance across restaurants, delivery, click & collect, catering and digital channels
* Building stronger partnerships with key delivery platforms
* Scaling catering and B2B in a way that’s genuinely profitable
* Using insight, pricing and channel mix to boost frequency, conversion and loyalty
* Owning the digital roadmap — app, web, loyalty and ordering journeys
* Making digital ordering the easiest and most enjoyable way to buy
* Leading the rollout of core technology across sites (POS, payments, KDS, handhelds, data)
* Managing vendors, SLAs and support to reduce downtime and improve reliability
* Overseeing procurement and supply chain strategy, protecting margin without unnecessary complexity
* Bringing commercial direction to menu innovation and customer trends
Who we’re looking for…
You’ll be someone who loves big-picture growth, but thrives in the detail that makes it work day to day.
* Senior commercial leadership experience in hospitality, QSR or food-led retail
* Strong multi-channel knowledge (sites + digital + delivery + catering)
* Confidence owning customer journeys and digital product strategy
* Experience rolling out tech ecosystems (ordering, loyalty, payments, POS)
* A sharp commercial eye for margin, supplier performance and scalable operations
* A practical, data-led approach — commercial, but always close to the ops
