Overview
Project Manager Ware - Full Time. We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects within our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects meet regulatory standards, are completed on time and within budget, and support the operational needs of pharmaceutical manufacturing and research.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end construction and facilities projects, responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.
* Ensure compliance with GMP and other relevant regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
* Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
* Oversee contractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Coordinate commissioning and qualification activities.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Ensure projects are effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups.
* Own the permit process for Mitie projects, working with technical supervisors where required to ensure permits are in place and correctly closed.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Project Manager within the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated field, leading construction projects including HVAC, process utilities, and automation systems.
* Proficiency in project management tools and strong computer skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, planning ahead as far as possible as the project progresses, and regularly checking back to plans/programmes.
* Strong sense of achievement; able to drive projects forward, maintain high standards of work, and overcome barriers/solve problems.
* Understanding of risk management and HSE.
