Overview
Store Assistant role at Travis Perkins plc (Toolstation). 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You'll Do
* Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need and providing excellent service.
* Be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
* Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
* Be proactive in selling benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, and sign customers up for deals and accounts where appropriate.
* Ask the right questions to understand customers\' projects and help them get the job done right.
* Contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and support colleagues as needed.
