Project Manager Construction Location:Surrey Salary:£65,000 £80,000 per annum An experienced Construction Project Manager is required to join a growing business delivering projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued success and expansion of the company. Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare and manage detailed project programmes, including schedules, budgets, and resource planning. 2. Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, local authorities, and clients to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed requirements. 3. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and within programme and budget. 4. Monitor project progress, identifying risks or delays and implementing corrective measures where required. 5. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all stages of construction, including the preparation and implementation of RAMS.
