The Job Role
We are seeking an experienced detail orientated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.
This is a full time, permanent role at our main Theale office, close to Theale train station and M4 Junction 12.
As a key member of our finance department, you will have the opportunity to support both internal and external stakeholders by compiling and analysing reports, investigating data discrepancies, and managing vendor rebate claims.
With strong skills in Microsoft Excel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial claims and data. We are looking for a passionate individual with a commitment to excellence, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
* Compile and analyse data reports for various stakeholders within Westcoast, providing valuable insights and information.
* Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.
* Analyse and update Vendor sell out reporting data, meeting accuracy and timeliness metrics.
* Prepare and reconcile Vendor rebate Claims, working closely with Vendors to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
* Support the Commercial team with Month End Justifications files and reviews with Business Managers.
* Administer & manage NMC codes ensuring their accuracy and consistency.
* Contribute to Project work within the finance department helping to identify efficiencies and opportunities for the business.
* Ad-Hoc tasks as required by the business, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

* Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel (Pivot tables, xLookUps, IF statements)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across the business.
* Able to consistently demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy, be able to spot mistakes and anomalies in data.
* Methodical and applies logic to tasks and decision making
* Analytical – ability to collate and understand sell through data
* Good team player with good time management and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
