Role: Night Duty Manager

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Night Duty Manager to join the team at Fraser Suites, Abuja. As Night Duty Manager, you will represent the Management during the night shift. The Night Manager also assists the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. The Night Manager provides leadership and support to all members of the Front Office and enforces the Hotels Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised.

What you will be doing as Night Duty Manager:
1. Manage and monitor Front Office employees to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
2. Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
3. Conduct briefings for all staff during the night shift.
4. Inform overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals, special requests, and repeat guests.
5. Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager, handling complaints, problem-solving, and special requests.
6. Ensure a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
7. Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
8. Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit and oversee the preparation of daily summary reports.
9. Assist the Front Office Manager in implementing and enforcing financial controls, operating expenses, scheduling, and purchasing.
10. Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross-departmental communication.
