You will need a manual driving licence (the men have their own cars). Youll be a ‘people person, creative, flexible and have bucket loads of initiative and great resilience. If you have little or no previous experience in care, we still want to hear from you! we will provide you with an extensive care training package whilst you are getting to know and work with these amazing young men.
