Job Title: Social Worker – Foster Carers
Location: Cardiff
Rate: £38.15 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Fostering Team based in Cardiff.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising foster carers, as well as participating our duty service in which you will assist in identifying matches for young people who need to be cared for. The role also involves participating in recruitment activities and foster carer events. You will be required to have a good working knowledge of legislation related to cared for children and the regulatory requirements related to local authority fostering services. You be required to be office based at least 1 day a week and whilst on duty and will need to be able to be able to travel on a daily basis to visits and events in and around the City of Cardiff.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Care Wales registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
