Responsibilities:
* Produce precise and readable notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group work (handwritten or typed, as needed).
* Review notes post:lecture to ensure accessibility.
* Maintain a professional demeanour and relationship with the student.
* Prioritise student needs while adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with Randstad to address student concerns promptly and maintain confidentiality, sharing relevant information to optimise student support.
Requirements:
* Great typing skills
* Impeccable spelling and grammar
* Punctuality and dependability
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Personal laptop for note:taking and email delivery to students
The work will cover the below dates and times as soon as possible:
* Mondays : 10:00: 13:30
* Tuesdays : 11:00:13:00
* Thursdays : 9:00:11:00 + 13:30:15:00
* Fridays : 16:30:18:00
