Quantity Surveyor – M&E | Infrastructure Projects (NEC4)

Are you a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in mechanical & electrical (M&E) subcontracting and a passion for delivering excellence across complex infrastructure projects?
We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional to take full ownership of project delivery from contract award to final account, working under NEC4 Option C and NR3 forms of contract.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial delivery of major projects, from budgeting through to final payment.
* Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, earned value reports, and risk registers.
* Administer NEC4 Option C contracts and oversee change management processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, project teams, and subcontractors.
* Monitor and drive project cash flow and cost control.
* Mentor junior commercial staff and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years as a Senior QS within the M&E subcontracting space.
* Solid knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and Network Rail (NR) contracts.
* Capable of independently measuring and pricing mechanical, electrical, fire & comms systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365; familiarity with BIM/CAD is a plus.
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
