Overview
We are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor/ Business Partner for our Engineering SME client. You’ll be building, improving, and embedding meaningful people practices from the ground up in a company that values autonomy, innovation, and a strong, human-first culture. You’ll be the go-to expert on all things operational HR, while partnering closely with the Chief of Staff on strategic people projects.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary expert on operational HR activities and partner with senior leadership to design and implement people practices that support business goals.
Qualifications
Experience in human resources, with a record of partnering with leadership and delivering people-focused initiatives in an SME or engineering environment is preferred.
