We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Caretaker to join our team, helping us maintain and look after our brand-new premises – including a beautiful residential home for children located in Wilpshire (Blackburn).

The Role
As our Caretaker, you will:
* Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repairs, gardening, and general upkeep of our premises.
* Ensure our buildings and outdoor spaces remain safe, welcoming, and functional.
* Assist with identifying and reporting any technical repairs that need attention.
* Take pride in keeping our new residential home and facilities in excellent condition.

About You
* You’re practical, flexible, and reliable, with a hands-on approach to maintenance.
* You take pride in creating safe and welcoming environments.
* You hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle as this role requires travel to various CANW offices - Wilpshire (Blackburn), Buckshaw Village (Chorley) etc.
