As a Valuer you will take responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunities and converting leads to secure new instructions for the letting office.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Development and implementation of a new business strategy
2. Actively create contacts and leads for business generation
3. Attend networking events to build strong local relationships
4. Source potential new business opportunities
5. Successfully convert new business opportunities
6. Attend market appraisal appointments, sell the FK service and bring on new clients for all FK divisions
7. Bring energy and focus to the team, always leading by example
8. Proactively increase the income for the office Knowledge,
skills and experience required to be a successful Valuer:
9. Minimum three years experience in sales/lettings estate agency
10. Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding targets
11. Naturally hungry for new business conversion
12. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
15. Strong legal knowledge via NFOPP Technical Award qualification
