Im currently recruiting an experienced Support & Wellbeing Advisor to join a specialist organisation supporting veterans and individuals with complex needs on a 6‑month agency contract.
Location: Glasgow
Contract: 6 months initially
Rate: £26-28ph Umbrella
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of service users
* Providing holistic wellbeing and welfare support
* Supporting vulnerable individuals, including those in crisis
* Working alongside statutory and third sector partners
* Delivering trauma‑informed support plans
* Maintaining accurate case records and outcome reporting

* Veterans services
* Housing support
* Mental health/community support
* Welfare rights
* Social care
* Complex needs support
Qualifications
* Previous case management/support experience
* Experience supporting vulnerable adults or complex needs clients
* Strong safeguarding awareness
* Excellent communication and partnership working skills
