Your Role as General Manager

* Create and implement club action and improvement plans based on key metrics.

About You
We are looking for a General Manager who:
* Is an inspirational leader with strong collaboration skills.
* Has proven experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Has experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers.
* Is knowledgeable in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about customer service.
