Role Overview As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports children’s learning through play, exploration, and structured activities. You will be responsible for fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. Responsibilities of EYFS Teacher: Plan and implement the EYFS framework through appropriate and engaging activities Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development Monitor and assess children’s progress, using observations to inform planning Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning atmosphere Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with statutory requirements Requirements of EYFS Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status Experience teaching within an EYFS setting in UK is desirable Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development Creative and adaptable approach to teaching young children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have an Updated CV and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a one) Why Join GSL Education?
