We are working with a UK law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Regulatory team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a market‑leading Regulatory team, managing a varied caseload of contentious and non‑contentious regulatory matters, including health and safety, environmental, fire safety, food safety, and criminal investigations.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non‑contentious regulatory matters.
* Interview witnesses and investigate incidents.
* Draft advice and undertake advocacy where appropriate.
* Assist with inquests and public inquiries, and handle associated civil litigation.
Qualifications
* 2+ years PQE
* Regulatory law background
* Excellent academics
* Technically excellent
* Ability to work independently and as a team
* Strong work ethic
