Lead with Purpose : Act as the central coordination hub for estates-related workplace adjustments, taking ownership of complex, multi-site cases and ensuring seamless, consistent delivery from triage to closure. Champion Inclusion and Collaboration : Role model inclusive behaviours and foster a culture of partnership by working closely with Estates, HR Casework, Commercial, and Site Responsible Officers (SROs). Innovate for Impact : Develop and implement tools, templates, and guidance that drive consistency and innovation in national deliverysetting the standard for excellence. Shape the Future : Identify operational gaps and lead on scalable, strategic solutions that enhance processes, align with policy, and embed best practice across the team. Own Complex Caseloads : Manage high-priority and sensitive cases with confidenceusing analytical insight to scope adjustments, assess needs, and present evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders. Build Capability and Resilience : Coach and mentor colleagues, share expertise, and promote reflective practice to strengthen team performance and service quality. Lead Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate trusted relationships with internal and external partners, navigating complex cases with clarity and professionalism while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Person specification Essential Criteria : Strategic Coordination of Workplace Adjustments: Proven ability to lead and manage estates-related workplace adjustments across multiple sites. Must have experience owning complex cases from triage through to resolution, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery. [LEAD CRITERIA] Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Strong background in building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Must be adept at navigating complex, sensitive cases with professionalism and aligning outcomes with organisational priorities. Complex Case Management and Analytical Decision-Making: Proven ability to manage high-priority, sensitive cases with confidence. Must be skilled in using analytical insight to scope adjustments, assess needs, and present evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders. Capability Building and Team Development: Experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues to build team resilience and capability. Must have a track record of sharing expertise, promoting reflective practice, and enhancing service quality through continuous improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely and effectively to diverse audiences.
