Our client, a highly successful and innovative independent agency, is expanding and looking for motivated Sales Valuers to build and dominate their own local patch while benefiting from exceptional support, technology, and marketing.
About you:
We’re looking for a confident, ambitious property professional ready to take full ownership of their patch while enjoying the backing of a high-performing, supportive network.
Ideally, you will have:
1. 2–3+ years estate agency experience (Sales Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator level)
2. Strong track record of winning instructions
3. Excellent local market knowledge
4. A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach to your work
5. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
6. A full UK driving licence

Working arrangement for the Sales Valuer:
17. Fully remote role covering your designated Nuneaton patch
18. Flexible working, managing your own schedule / diary
19. Collaboration with support teams (negotiators, progressors and admin) and nearby office functions
20. Some travel for valuations, appraisals, and meetings
Responsibilities for the role of Sales Valuer:
21. Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
22. Develop and grow the agency’s presence within your local area
23. Build strong relationships within the community to generate referrals
24. Manage listings from valuation through to completion with full support
25. Liaise with Sales Negotiators and Sales Progressors to ensure smooth transactions
26. Monitor local market trends and position yourself as a trusted local expert
27. Drive consistent growth in instructions and revenue performance
