Our client, a leading architecture firm, is seeking a Junior Office Assistant/Marketing Assistant to join their team! This is an exciting entry-level role that offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both office administration and marketing.
Position Details:
Location: Full office-based
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Duration: ASAP until around December (with potential for extension)
Pay: £15 p/h
What You'll Do:
As a Junior Office Assistant/Marketing Assistant, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
Front of House Duties (2 days a week):
Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly smile 😊
Answer phone calls and manage inquiries effectively 📞
Ensure the reception area is organised and inviting 🌼Marketing Support (3 days a week):
Assist the Head of Brand and Marketing with various projects 🎨
Help create engaging content for social media and marketing materials 📱
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities 📊
Collaborate on promotional campaigns and events 🥳What We're Looking For:
Graduate with a degree in Marketing or a related field 🎓
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ✍️
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail 🗂️
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 💻
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow! 🌱
