About You and The Role We’re looking for a Duty Manager who will: Lead and support the front of house team, stepping in across Reception and Concierge when needed, and taking charge in the absence of the Reception Manager Oversee daily operations, managing handovers, guest arrivals and departures, VIPs, and service recovery when required Take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from arrival to departure Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, authorising allowances, rebates, and late checkouts where appropriate Support back of house responsibilities, including credit checks, lost property, and shift reports Maintain visibility across the hotel through regular property walks, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and service standards are upheld Act as incident commander and fire marshal during emergencies and ensure full compliance with hotel policies and procedures Complete clear handovers and communicate key updates to the wider team and senior leaders Work a flexible shift pattern, on a 4 on 4 off basis, including weekdays and weekends, while motivating the team and creating exceptional guest experiences With more hotels in the pipeline, now is an exciting time to join a growing brand where your career can thrive, guided by our REAL People values.
