Are you a Customer Service Team Leader or a Customer Service Representative looking to take the next step who wants to work for an established Manufacturer? You will be based at the Head Office in Bolton and be part of a group of companies with a team based across the UK and internationally. All the company's products are designed and developed at head office. Your main function will be to build customer relationships (both internally and externally) working closely with the Sales Team and the wider business and drive change. You will be rewarded with, a supportive business, training and development opportunities and (no weekend working). Salary of £27,000 - £30,000, hours 38 and are Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm, Friday 7.30 am – 12.50 pm.
Customer Service Team Leader Duties:
1. Working in the team on day to day tasks as well as being responsible for driving change.
2. Accept and handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
3. Maintain input on systems of changes, lead times.
4. Able to delegate workloads effectively and evenly between team members.
5. Build a good level of product knowledge and proactively drive improvements in customer service and customer experience.
6. Answer technically queries and keep up to date with new products.
