This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious graduate at the start of their marketing career.
As Product Marketing Executive, you'll support the Product Marketing Manager in delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll help coordinate activity, create and update content and work with designers and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
The role suits someone who enjoys working at pace in a fast-changing environment, takes initiative and is highly organised. Alongside writing and coordination, you'll also help select and manage photography and support video projects, so an eye for a strong image and an interest in visual storytelling are important.
Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
* Support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns.
* Help manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables to keep campaigns on track.
* Coordinate activity across internal teams and external partners.
* Support campaign launches by ensuring content and assets are ready on time.
Writing & Content
* Write and edit marketing copy, including product descriptions, emails and campaign content.
* Update website and product content accurately and efficiently.
* Adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
Photography & Visual Content
* Select and upload photography for use across the website and campaign materials.
* Ensure imagery is on brand, high quality and appropriate for different audiences.
* Work with designers and agencies to source, brief, and review visual assets.
* Support video projects, including helping with briefs, coordinating assets, and reviewing outputs.
Project & Asset Management
* Help brief designers and agencies clearly and effectively.
* Track progress of creative assets and follow up to keep work moving.
* Review content and assets for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Working at Pace
* Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
* Respond positively to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Stay organised and calm under pressure, particularly around campaign launches.
Learning & Development
* Build a strong understanding of programmes, audiences and messaging.

Person Specification
Essential
* Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Highly organised, efficient and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
* Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment.
* Reliable and comfortable working to deadlines, including under pressure when needed.
* Proactive, shows initiative and takes responsibility for their work.
* Digitally confident and quick to learn new tools and systems.
* Creative mindset with an eye for good imagery.

Desirable
* Interest in photography, design or visual storytelling.
* Experience selecting or working with images or video (academic, personal or professional).
* Familiarity with CMS platforms, basic design tools or video platforms.
* A degree in marketing, communications, English or a related subject.
Position Details
* Type of employment: Fixed-Term Contract from February 2026 to the end of July 2026
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
* Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experience
* Location: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with hybrid working options available upon agreement with the line manager. Free on-site parking is available
* Holiday Entitlement: 32 days of annual leave (pro-rata), inclusive of bank holidays
* Reporting: to the Marketing Manager
