We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of the learning and development (L&D) activities that underpin our organisational vision, culture, and strategy by providing high-quality administrative, logistical, and reporting support to ensure colleagues have a professional, seamless learning experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of learning events, including scheduling, booking venues, managing participant lists, and communicating event details
* Oversee all Health & Safety and mandatory training, ensuring colleagues complete essential learning on time
* Maintain and update the training matrix, tracking completion, gaps, and compliance requirements
* Work closely with the L&D Lead and People team to deliver a professional and joined-up L&D service
* Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all records, courses, and completion data are accurate
* Assist in organising learning events, workshops, content creation and other engagement activities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Educations and Qualifications:
* Educated to A-Level (or equivalent experience in a learning or administrative role) (E)
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience, or the desire to work towards (D)
Experience:
* Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within Learning & Development, HR or a similar people-focused function (E)
* Coordinating training bookings, calendars or events logistics (E)
* Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Platforms (D)
* Experience in Health & Safety administration or compliance monitoring (D)
* Working with external training providers (D)
* Managing purchase orders and invoices (D)
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
* Strong administrative accuracy with high attention to detail (E)
* Good written and verbal communication (E)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively (E)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (E)
* An understanding of confidentiality, data protection and good record-keeping practice (E)
