We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistant to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our retail store in Leith, Edinburgh. This role is all about delivering an exceptional in-store and online customer experience, ensuring our retail environment reflects our brand values, and supporting sales growth. You’ll be at the forefront of engaging with our customers, styling our products in-store, and ensuring our space is inviting, well-presented, and aligned with our creative vision. The Role As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service Ensuring that the shop is replenished, merchandised and clean at all times Assisting with visual merchandising and window displays Helping to respond to online customer enquiries Helping meet and exceed sales targets instore and online What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous retail experience A passion for fashion and sustainability A positive and enthusiastic attitude Strong IT skills The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Why Join Us At TBCo, our values are: we are responsible, we are design leaders, we are impactful and we grow together.
