We are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join our scaling team as we enter an exciting period of growth. We are a business with huge plans to scale our customer base. We are the leading UK and EU provider in SOS alerts for motorcyclists with 100s of thousands of customers across the globe. We have multiple awards in safety! A true market leader, with the apprentice gaining valuable skills within a tech start up.
Your role will include:
* Handling day-to-day office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Answering calls, responding to emails, 1st line support tickets, greeting visitors, and directing enquiries appropriately.
* Managing incoming and outgoing post, emails, and other communications.
* Updating internal systems with accurate, timely information.
* General office support duties
