Job Title: Façade Designer – Rainscreen Cladding Location: Hybrid (flexible working available) Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Our Client: Our client is a rapidly expanding façade and cladding specialist with a £100m project pipeline secured. They are recognised for delivering high-quality, innovative façades and are seeking a skilled Façade Designer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop detailed façade and rainscreen cladding designs in line with project requirements. * Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications to support fabrication and installation. * Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and constructability. * Ensure designs comply with building regulations, fire safety standards, and quality requirements. * Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables. * Support senior design staff in problem-solving and design optimisation. Essential Experience & Skills: * Proven experience in façade design with Rainscreen Cladding as a core expertise. * Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or equivalent). * Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-growing environment.
