Introduction: Are you eager to join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving business growth? We are looking to add to our Telesales Team based in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
* Identify and target prospective business customers in the assigned territory.
* Make outbound sales calls to UK-based businesses, offering appointments for field sales teams and closing sales over the phone.
* Achieve and exceed activity targets.
* Qualify business opportunities.
* Work as part of a high‑performing team to take Elis products and services to new customers.
Profile / Qualifications
* Ideally, some experience of Telesales or Telemarketing.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven with a passion for sales.
* Hungry to succeed and full of energy.
