Van Mobile M&E Engineer – North London – £45,000

Are you a Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across North London.
PRS are currently seeking a Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover various commercial office contracts across North London. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial or high-end residential building maintenance.
This is a Van Mobile position requiring attendance at multiple sites where the engineer will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, with a particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications, along with overtime and further training opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance as directed by site supervisors and contract managers, including electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive works, minor building repairs, plumbing, drainage, and other duties supporting client needs.
* Update and close completed tasks on the site PDA system.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure the operation, effectiveness, and reliability of building systems.
* Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive tasks.
* Adhere to all site procedures and health & safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
* Inspect services and proactively manage call-outs and repairs as required.
Minimum requirements:
* City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.
