What You'll Be Responsible For
* Supervising electrical teams on site
* Coordinating labour, materials, and daily activities
* Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with specifications
* Managing toolbox talks and site documentation
* Liaising with project management and other trades
* Maintaining standards - no shortcuts, no excuses

* Proven background supervising electrical installations on industrial or large commercial projects
* Strong understanding of health & safety compliance
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specs
* Clear communicator who can challenge when needed
