We're seeking a highly organised transport planner to join an established manufacturing operation and take ownership of planning transportation globally, particularly in the USA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment & have good knowledge of export documentation, and are looking for autonomy and a role to make your own, this could be your next great opportunity!!


About the Role:

As Transport Planner, you'll be at the heart of our client's operations —coordinating transport bookings, liaising with third-party carriers, tracking international shipments, and managing inbound warehouse logistics. As a transport planner, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods across their supply chain, particularly in the USA!


Day to Day:

1. Coordinate and book transport with customers, ensuring clear communication and delivery requirements.
2. Liaise with third-party carriers to manage shipment schedules.
3. Track international shipments and resolve any transit issues.
4. Oversee warehouse inbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
