This is a Nationwide role requiring regular travel to offices and sites.
What you'll do -
* Lead construction projects end‑to‑end—planning, delivery, and close‑out.
* Oversee all site activity, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and high‑quality.
* Build and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and resolving issues quickly.
* Control project budgets and provide clear financial updates to stakeholders.
* Interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to keep delivery fully compliant.
* Carry out regular site inspections and maintain essential project documentation.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate site teams to deliver their best work.
What you'll bring -
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager (utilities or infrastructure ideal).
* Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Solid knowledge of health & safety requirements and building codes.
* Professional certifications (CIOB, PRINCE2 etc.) are a plus.
