We're looking for a PDI Engineer to join our Groundcare division in Ashford. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, checking, and signing off new machines before they're delivered to customers - ensuring everything is set up to the highest standard. You'll also benefit from a structured training plan with Kubota UK to help you continue developing your skills.

What we're looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and the confidence to work on your own initiative.
* A mechanically minded problem-solver.
* A clear communicator with a customer-focused approach.
* Experience working with machinery, ideally within the groundcare, agricultural or construction sectors.
* Previous PDI experience would be an advantage.
