Our client Northern Powergrid are seeking an Administrator to work in the Learning & Development Academy. The role would suit someone whoenjoys administration, planning, organising and co-ordinating events. As such, prior L&D Administration experience isbeneficial but not essential. The role would suit people with a background as a Personal Assistant or any other OfficeAdministrator / Co-Ordinator type roles. The Academy have a reputation for delivering a wide range of engaging learning and development solutions, designed tosupport our colleagues in delivering a 10 out of 10 service for our customers. This generates quite a bit of administration,from booking and preparing training rooms, to issuing joining instructions, arranging external training courses, meet andgreet external trainers, collating colleague feedback, recording the training that has been completed and producingreports on key training data This role is a temporary to permanent position Responsibilities: Tracking and reporting eLearning completions Managing the L&D email inbox and calendar, recording and responding to training enquiries Administering courses, including: Room bookings Managing training calendars and trainer resources Preparing course materials Issuing joining instructions Collating and analysing course evaluation data Liaising with internal and external training providers Maintaining learning resources, including those hosted on our intranet Managing Purchase Orders and tracking the payment of invoices against budgets Person Specification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional disposition Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise all administrative tasks and requirements. Qualifications and experience Proven administrative experience.
