ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join SITA’s Commercial Telecoms team supporting the HAL ITO Team at Heathrow, a fast‑paced, highly customer‑facing environment serving airlines, retailers, and commercial partners across the airport.
As an Account Representative, you will own a portfolio of key accounts, support revenue delivery, and help drive the strategic growth of Commercial Telecoms in line with the Heathrow Business Plan. This role is essential for maintaining service quality, expanding our footprint, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across the account.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the Sales Development Plan and drive implementation aligned with Commercial Telecoms’ strategic objectives.
* Protect and extend existing products and services, ensuring strong customer engagement and stable annual revenues.
* Manage a portfolio of large accounts, driving customer satisfaction, operational performance, and overall relationship management.
* Own monthly reporting of key performance metrics across sales and account activities.
* Increase Commercial Telecoms’ market share across Heathrow tenants and expand customer footprint.
* Manage and nurture relationships across Heathrow IT, Commercial Business Development, and Commercial Telecoms clients.
* Lead regular service reviews, act as the single escalation point for the sales team, and ensure timely delivery through suppliers and internal teams.
* Support account team members, including coaching and mentoring, to drive stable growth and customer loyalty.
* Contribute to innovation, and support Marketing and Product activities as required
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
* 4+ years in sales, account management, or business development roles.
* Proven experience managing client relationships at managerial level.
* Demonstrated track record achieving or exceeding revenue or sales targets.
* Strong communication skills and ability to operate under pressure in a customer‑facing environment.
* Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship) and ability to obtain Heathrow Airside ID (5‑year background check).
Nice to Have
* Experience in the ATI, IT, or telecom sectors.
* Exposure to pipeline management, account development plans, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
